Service & repair,
done right.

Tune-ups to full overhauls, with honest turnaround and a clear price before we start. Every bike is looked after by someone who actually rides.

We treat every bike like it's our own. That means a clear price up front, no surprise charges, and only the work your bike actually needs. Drop it off and you'll know exactly what we're doing and why.

Individual services

Just need one thing done? Here's some of what we handle day to day.

How it works

Simple, and no work happens until you've said yes to the price.

01

Drop in or book ahead

Bring your bike by the shop. You can book a slot in advance or just stop in during opening hours.

02

We assess and quote

We look the bike over and give you a clear estimate: what it needs, what it doesn't, and what it'll cost.

03

You approve the work

Nothing gets done until you've okayed the price. If we find something extra mid-job, we call before touching it.

04

We do the work

Your bike is serviced properly by our mechanics, then test-ridden to make sure it's right.

05

Ready to ride

We let you know it's done. Roll out on a bike that feels the way it should.

Mechanics who ride

Everyone who touches your bike rides one. That's why we notice the things that matter and why our advice is honest: we'd give ourselves the exact same answer.

No upselling, no work you don't need, and a clear price before we start. If something isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you.

Why bring your bike to us

Clear pricing

A written estimate before any work starts. No surprises when you pick it up.

Honest advice

We only recommend what your bike needs. If it doesn't need it, we won't sell it.

Proper turnaround

We give you a realistic timeline and stick to it, so you're not left guessing.

Every brand welcome

We service whatever you ride, whether or not you bought it from us.

Quality parts

We use parts we trust and would run on our own bikes.

Local & accountable

We're your neighbors. You can always come back and talk to the person who did the work.

Common questions

How much does a service cost?

It depends on what your bike needs. Tell us the bike and the problem and we'll give you a clear estimate before any work starts. Call the shop or drop in for a quote.

How long will my bike take?

It depends on the work and how busy we are, but we'll always give you a realistic timeline when you drop off. Call us for current turnaround.

Do you service e-bikes?

Yes. We service pedal-assist e-bikes as well as road, mountain, gravel, triathlon and track bikes. We don't work on e-motorcycles, that is, motorized bikes with no pedals, like Sur-Ron or Talaria. Give us a call and we'll let you know what's involved.

Do I need an appointment?

You can drop in during opening hours, but booking ahead means we can look at your bike sooner. For bigger jobs, booking is best.

Do you service bikes I didn't buy from you?

Absolutely. Bring us any brand, any bike. We're happy to look after it.

What if you find something else wrong?

We'll call you before doing any work beyond what you approved. You're always in control of the cost.

What's included in a bike tune-up?

Our Basic Tune-Up covers a full safety check, brake and derailleur adjustment, wheel truing, and a drivetrain wipe-down. Premium adds a drivetrain deep clean, new cables and housing as needed, a brake bleed and bearing check. A Full Overhaul is a complete teardown and rebuild. We'll recommend the right level for how your bike rides.

Can you fix a flat while I wait?

Often, yes. Quick jobs like flat repairs, tube changes and minor adjustments can usually be done on the spot. Call ahead during busy times and we'll let you know the wait.

Do you service Shimano, SRAM and other groupsets?

Yes. We work on mechanical and electronic shifting, including Shimano Di2 and SRAM AXS, plus hydraulic brake bleeds across all the major brands.

Do you service mountain bike suspension?

We dial in your suspension setup: air pressure, rebound and settings for both fork and shock, tuned to your weight and riding style. We don't do internal fork or damper rebuilds in-house. When a fork or shock needs a full service, we send it directly to the manufacturer's authorized repair center.

When do I need a new chain?

We check it with a special tool that measures chain wear and stretch. If it's time for a new one, we'll recommend the right chain, and we'll also check your cassette and chainrings for wear, since a worn drivetrain is a common cause of chain skipping.
