Tune-ups to full overhauls, with honest turnaround and a clear price before we start. Every bike is looked after by someone who actually rides.
We treat every bike like it's our own. That means a clear price up front, no surprise charges, and only the work your bike actually needs. Drop it off and you'll know exactly what we're doing and why.
Three levels, from a quick refresh to a full rebuild. We service road, mountain, gravel, e-bikes, triathlon and TT, track, kids' bikes and vintage restorations, with a clear quote before any work begins.
Just need one thing done? Here's some of what we handle day to day.
Simple, and no work happens until you've said yes to the price.
Bring your bike by the shop. You can book a slot in advance or just stop in during opening hours.
We look the bike over and give you a clear estimate: what it needs, what it doesn't, and what it'll cost.
Nothing gets done until you've okayed the price. If we find something extra mid-job, we call before touching it.
Your bike is serviced properly by our mechanics, then test-ridden to make sure it's right.
We let you know it's done. Roll out on a bike that feels the way it should.
Everyone who touches your bike rides one. That's why we notice the things that matter and why our advice is honest: we'd give ourselves the exact same answer.
No upselling, no work you don't need, and a clear price before we start. If something isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you.
A written estimate before any work starts. No surprises when you pick it up.
We only recommend what your bike needs. If it doesn't need it, we won't sell it.
We give you a realistic timeline and stick to it, so you're not left guessing.
We service whatever you ride, whether or not you bought it from us.
We use parts we trust and would run on our own bikes.
We're your neighbors. You can always come back and talk to the person who did the work.
It depends on what your bike needs. Tell us the bike and the problem and we'll give you a clear estimate before any work starts. Call the shop or drop in for a quote.
It depends on the work and how busy we are, but we'll always give you a realistic timeline when you drop off. Call us for current turnaround.
Yes. We service pedal-assist e-bikes as well as road, mountain, gravel, triathlon and track bikes. We don't work on e-motorcycles, that is, motorized bikes with no pedals, like Sur-Ron or Talaria. Give us a call and we'll let you know what's involved.
You can drop in during opening hours, but booking ahead means we can look at your bike sooner. For bigger jobs, booking is best.
Absolutely. Bring us any brand, any bike. We're happy to look after it.
We'll call you before doing any work beyond what you approved. You're always in control of the cost.
Our Basic Tune-Up covers a full safety check, brake and derailleur adjustment, wheel truing, and a drivetrain wipe-down. Premium adds a drivetrain deep clean, new cables and housing as needed, a brake bleed and bearing check. A Full Overhaul is a complete teardown and rebuild. We'll recommend the right level for how your bike rides.
Often, yes. Quick jobs like flat repairs, tube changes and minor adjustments can usually be done on the spot. Call ahead during busy times and we'll let you know the wait.
Yes. We work on mechanical and electronic shifting, including Shimano Di2 and SRAM AXS, plus hydraulic brake bleeds across all the major brands.
We dial in your suspension setup: air pressure, rebound and settings for both fork and shock, tuned to your weight and riding style. We don't do internal fork or damper rebuilds in-house. When a fork or shock needs a full service, we send it directly to the manufacturer's authorized repair center.
We check it with a special tool that measures chain wear and stretch. If it's time for a new one, we'll recommend the right chain, and we'll also check your cassette and chainrings for wear, since a worn drivetrain is a common cause of chain skipping.
"I'm so happy that Bryan and Kieth opened a shop together! Two super rad guys who love and breathe cycling. When you bring your bike to them, you know you'll have zero issues on the road, in the mountains, or racing. Thanks again for my new Factor bike, guys!"

"These guys are great! Took my 13 year old Scott road bike in for a tune up. It was ready the next day, and they charged me 25% less than what they had quoted. And it shifts like new! Don't take your bike anywhere else!!"

"Love, love, love this shop and the owners! As someone new to cycling, I came in for a bike fitting after getting my first road bike and was feeling intimidated. Bryan and Keith were incredibly kind and patient. They even invited me on my first group ride. Highly recommend!"

"Completely trust these guys. Keith and Bryan have been servicing my husband's bike for the past nine years and do an amazing job every single time. Clean, high quality work that keeps him safe on the road. You won't regret it."

"Purchased a new bike and I am very happy with the level of service and care that was taken to make sure the fit and all aspects of the bike were to my liking. Thanks to Bryan and Keith for the great service!"

"Awesome place for bike repair. Came in to have a tube replaced on my daughter's bike, done quickly and for a great price. They even realigned the front brake I'd forgotten to mention, didn't charge me, and didn't say a word. It's the little things that go a long way."

"Absolutely amazing shop! Beyond friendly staff who are always looking to help you out. Bryan and Keith host Saturday group rides and there's a reason there's always a consistent, fun group. Come here for all bike needs!"

"Called two shops with no answer, then called Agoura Hills Bike Shop and they promptly answered. Brought my shoes and cleats in, they installed and gifted me the correct length bolts. This is the kind of shop I'll be supporting moving forward."
