A fit that changes how you ride.

A precision bike fit for road, mountain, triathlon and track riders. More comfort, more power, fewer aches, without spending a cent on new parts.

Most riders have never had a proper fit. It's the single best upgrade you can make to your cycling: less pain, more power, and a bike that finally feels like it was set up for your body, because it was.

What a fit solves

If any of these sound familiar, a fit will likely fix it faster than you'd think.

Numb hands & feet

Pressure and reach dialed in so you stop losing feeling on longer rides.

Sore knees & hips

Saddle height, setback and cleat position set to protect your joints.

Neck & back pain

A cockpit that matches your flexibility, so you're comfortable in the drops.

Saddle discomfort

The right saddle, height and tilt, so you can actually stay seated and ride longer.

Lost power

A position that lets you put more of your effort into the pedals, not fighting the bike.

A brand-new bike

Start your new bike set up correctly from day one, instead of guessing.

How a fit works

We take our time and explain everything as we go. Plan on one to two hours.

Master fitter working with a rider

Fit by Bryan Hale

Your fit is done by our lead fitter, Bryan Hale, a master fitter with 20 years in the industry. He's fit everyone from weekend club riders to elite WorldTour athletes and national champions.

We fit by hand, with mechanical instruments and a trained eye, not motion-capture software. A computer works from a database of averaged riders. It can't see your injuries, your impingements or the way you actually ride. Twenty years of watching riders can. That's how we tailor a fit to you, not to a generalization.

Common questions

How long does a bike fit take?

Most fits take one to two hours, or more for time trial or complex fits. We never rush it, so we book one rider at a time.

Do I bring my own bike and shoes?

Yes. Bring the bike you ride most, your cycling shoes, and the kit you normally ride in. If you're being fitted before buying a new bike, come in and talk to us first and we'll plan it around the purchase.

How much does a bike fit cost?

Our fits start at $300 for a full Precision Fit, with a shorter cleat and contact-point option from $125. Exact pricing depends on the package.

Is a professional bike fit worth it?

You can have the most expensive bike in the world, but without the right fit you'll never unlock its full potential. For most riders, a fit is the best money they spend on cycling: it removes pain, adds real power, and makes every ride more comfortable, and it carries over to every bike you own.

Do you use motion capture or Retül?

No, and it's deliberate. We fit by hand with mechanical instruments and years of trained observation. Motion-capture software compares you to a database of averaged riders. It can't account for your injuries, impingements or riding style. We fit the rider in front of us, not a generalization, which is where 20 years of experience earns its keep.

What kinds of bikes do you fit?

All of them: road, mountain, gravel, triathlon and time trial, and track. We also do standalone cleat and shoe adjustments.

I just bought a new bike. Should I get fitted?

Absolutely. Getting fitted early means your new bike feels right from the first ride, instead of spending months guessing at saddle height and reach.

How often should I get re-fitted?

Most riders come back after a big change: a new bike, an injury, a jump in mileage, or a change in flexibility. Otherwise a fit holds up for a long time.
